“The transportation of fresh-water fish [across the ocean – in a sealed barge] is particularly troubling, although the record indicates that they ‘did also prepare a vessel, in which they did carry them, the fish of the waters’ [Book of Mormon, Ether] (2:2). The conveyance of a fish tank for hundreds, perhaps thousands, of miles over various terrain would have been difficult at best.”
